    My car has no spark wats my issue it's a 1997 chrysler cirrus
    I'm having such an issue with my car it's a 1997 chrysler cirrus 2.5 it shut off on me comeing home from work about a month ago I've replaced a lot of stuff in it cause everything shut off but I still had power and it will crank just had no fuel and no spark I replaced fuel pump , fuell filter crank shaft cencor and my distibutor I have fuel now since I replaced my crank shaft cencor now what's my issue still no spark only thing left is my brains is what I've been told however if it turns over just isn't catching how would it be my brain??


    Sincerelly lost and confused and $500 in the whole on this thing

    I would verify all fuses and test out of ignition switch.

    I've checked all fuses and it will tun\rn over just not catch would that still be a ignitions switch?

    Yes, the ignition switch not only cranks engine, but provides power to Ignition circuits. I would get the Service Manual. It will save you or anyone who works on it, Time and Money. The Schematic will tell where power should be.

    Check for codes. Does the Check Engine Light come on and go off when the ignition switch is turned to ON?

    I've pluged in a computer it won't pull any codes it says n/a for every thing

    Clean the main ground to the ECM. If the ECM still acts funky, try testing for 5 reference volts at a key sensor. If none, or low, consider substituting a different ECM.

    Yes the check engine light comes on when key is turned on it was ojn when it broke down also

    If the CEL stays on, when the ignition switch is turned to ON, attach a code reader to the Data Link Connector and tell us what codes were thrown.
