    Most of the ones advertized on TV are a rip off or lost leader. CC Cleaner is good. Also remember there are a lot of good reasons to backup your data and reinstall everything. On Windows a yearly reinstall, though labor and time intensive is not a bad idea. Also remember that if you are not up to date, have an up to date virus protection and operating from behind a firewall or properly configured router you will have problems.
