I think for the past few weeks, I've been getting random kicks and flutters in my stomach. I'm pretty sure I'm not pregnant because I already took home pregnancy tests (3 months ago), went to a gynecologist (2 months ago), and also went to the ER that made me take a test (exactly a month ago) and they all came out negative. They were all urine tests though, although I did do a blood tests to check for other factors when I went to the ER. I've been also getting my period (although at the time my periods were irregular). If I were pregnant, I would've probably been around 4 or 5 months already. I had unprotected sex in March so by this time if I were pregnant, I would've felt the kicks and flutters already. What is this? Is it gas or muscle spasms?

The feeling is random, and it happens whenever it pleases. It's sometimes strong, and sometimes weak. I get it pretty much all over my stomach and pelvic region, so there's no specific spot really on where they happen.
