Bump type thing on penis
I'm 14 and I have a bump type thing that is on my penis and it almost goes completely around it and it is like a 1/2 inch below the tip. It don't hurt or nothing I just want to know what it is and how to get rid of it . The night before I found it I have bean masturbating.
