    Kang- kem v paine(2004) case study and its legal issues

    Major legal issue of the case kang-kem v paine(2004)
    I am really struggling to the case kang-kem v paine(2004) ,the major issue of the case regarding partnership and their conflict and the judgement decision ,so I would like to request the legal issue in points ,can any one help me please, thank you
