    What can it be
    Hey everybody my son is 8 years old and he is sick I don't think that it's a cold he have a fever the highest it got is 102.5 he is coughing every min but wait he do have a history of asthma he is throwing up every thing he eat he sleeps all day been sick for 3 days now he was around someone with a cold 4 days ago
    Help me out y'all I don't think it's a cold?

    First you treat it as a cold, and you treat the asthma (making sure he can breathe and has his inhaler, clean bedding ect). That means tons of clear lukewarm or warm liquids like watered down apple juice and chicken broth, no solid food as long as he is vomiting, and tylenol or children's aspirin. AND you put in a call to his doctor! We can't possibly know if it is a cold, whooping cough, the flu, a stomach virus, or something else.
