    What should I do?
    About a month ago my sons father came to me asking for a dna test so ibought a kit from cvs called identigene it took about three weeks for the results to come back when they did it came back as in he wasn't the father.. my question is how accurate the kit was and will I get the same results if iwas to do this at famy court.. my son is two years old.. and he sign everything

    There's no way to know - over the counter kits are not 100% reliable. I would guess the father is going to go to Court to get his name removed from "everything."

    You don't know if he is or isn't the father?
