    lumbosacrial strain
Hello doctor,I have a lumbosacral strain.I had a fall while skiing last Febraury and I started experiencing pain in d lumbosacral especially when I sit for a long time putting strain on that region. Then I consulted a doctor and also got an X-ray done and was diagnosed with Lumbosacral strain and was asked to take complete rest and to sit only on a soft surface for a month. But now its more than 1 and half yrs and I still have the same symptoms.I just wanted to know if I can exercise everyday? It won't worsen my condition right?
