    Nys child support age limit
    I live in NYS. I have paid child support since day one of my children's lives. I also provided health care and have their college tuition funds paid for. By law, what age am I responsible to pay for them until.

    In NYS the age limit is 21.

    Its going to depend on how old the order is. It may be 18 and finished high school like in other states. New York is one of those states that has bounced it around on more then one occasion.
