    Why can't print
    When my sons send me picture via their phones. I can't print them.I get a black strip on the picture

    This could be your own computer, printer, or their phones.
    Really too many variables from the information you have given, but I would start with your printer.

    Do other things print fine? Can you print a picture from the web?
