    92 Honda Prelude H23
    I have a 1992 Honda Prelude H23 and when I try to start it, it cranks over but the fuel pump doesn't come on and the moter isn't getting spark could that be the ECM Relay if so can you tell me where it is located at THANKS

    1. Test all under-dash and under-hood fuses with a test light or multimeter. Here's how to do it:

    2. Perform the K-Test on the ECM. Frequently, a main relay not working is the symptom and the cause is a failing ECM.
