Recording-from wow dvr to vcr/dvd

Recording-from wow dvr to vcr/dvd

I can play vcr tapes and dvd discs from dvd/vcr to TV using red-yellow-white but I can not record tapes from my WOW dvr to my dvd/vcr. Any tips?
