    Statute of limitations ontario can.
    In determining when the Limitation period commences, can a Plaintiff (the one who is owed some money) establish it by citing a letter from the Defendant (the debtor) which acknowledges the amount owing - or - is it established as the date upon which monthly payments and/or arrears were defaulted on?

    Neither - it's the last ACTIVITY on the acount if you are asking about a charge card, either a payment or a charge.

    OR are you asking about an unsecured loan?
