    Me and my girlfriend broke up but we seem as if we are still dating
    My girlfriendand I broke up a couple days ago because she felt that she needed to be single.I love her a lot and I didn't want to agree with what she was saying but we weren't getting along because of the way she was feeling so we both found it better if we split. Well after we broke up I left and went and cleared my mind. I came back hours later and she asked me to stay home.I didn't really feel like packing and driving to my friends so I said OK ill sleep in the guest bedroom. We stayed in the living room and we talked everything seemed normal again. Then I went to bed and I was watching "beetlejuice" and she cme and asked me to watch something I had never seen.. she picked out 5 different movies and I picked one and I figured she was going to go to the room and sleep in our bed.. well she crawled in bed with me and started to cuddle with me. We fell asleep and woke up holding each other. I'm quite confused on what's going on we both are 21 about to be 22 have been dating for 3 and a half years; I'm in the air force and she is going to school to be a Dental assistant... just let me know what you think of this situation

    She doesn't know what she wants. I'm worried that she's just holding on because it's the easy thing to do. Have you talked to her and asked her why it's wasn't working out?

    She talks about her not knowing what she is looking for and she is afraid she won't be able to focus on school

    You can have a healthy relationship and still stay focused on school, so that would be a really lame excuse. I think she just simply doesn't know what she wants and that's not good at all for your relationship.

    I would almost blame this on how young you both met.

    If you two are going to break up, you need to do it for real and go NC. She can't have it both ways.
    Tell her that and then you go NC.
    I don't think she knows what she wants and this will make your life rough in the meantime.
