I met this girl who is a year younger than me in grad school and I've talked to her at a few times at parties. Each time we talked it was for 45 min or so and she seems somewhat quiet and reserved. We'll see each other on campus every once in a while and she'll smile and wave and sometimes we'll talk but not much else. She's not really flirtatious and sometimes our conversations seem forced.

After talking to her one time about working out I asked her online the next day if she wants to workout with me and she said she couldn't that day but maybe later this week. She never got back to me however.

I decided to let her go and stop pursing her but this past weekend I met her at a party again and she was very flirtatious and she asked for my number. We agreed we would workout this week together and that she would text me. A few days after the party I met her at a lunch on campus and we talked for a bit and hung out but I got the sense that she really didn't want to hang out with me.

The problem is that I feel like I'm coming across too strongly and I'm not really getting a positive vibe from this girl. I also get really nervous around this girl and because of that I'm not myself and I think I come off as arrogant. Should I just let this one go altogether? Should I wait for her to text me? Should I text her? Any help would be appreciated :)
