Help me because I'm bad - every person consists of good and bad elements or ying and yang. We all have the potential to be good and we all have the potential to be bad. No one is exempt from this. Obviously you feel you are bad probably due to the way you behave but with some help you can change the way you think, behave and treat others. So although you think you are bad, there is the potential within you to be good - this is ying and yang. You can find a self-help group near you or go to a counseller to help you with your behaviour that you think is bad.

Giving up cigarettes is not easy because it involves addiction to nicotine which is one of the most addictive substances on earth. There's a reason why they use nicotine in cigarretes and that is to get life long customers. If I were you I would ring the quit line or go to your local doctor to get advice, help and medication to help you beat the habit. I hope this helps.
