I need help with my horror story I'm writing?
I need some ideas about some horror and thriller things that can happen at a sleepaway camp. I don't mean monsters and aliens and those thugs but like realistic horror. Please help!

Why don't you post what you've got and somebody will come along to assist you - what do you have so far?

One of the more horrifying images I got out of Stephen King's books was in Pet Sematary when a dead cat knocked on the door late one night. In The Shining, the father chased his family with an axe. Read The Girl Who Loved Tom Gordon for some woodsy horror (girl is lost in the woods).
Maybe you could work those images into a story about camping. Remember--it's not the actual image that creates horror, but the lead-up and the atmosphere around it.

I need help with the story I'm writing?
So I've got lots of questions about my story. (not really a lot but u know what I mean!)
1.Is Jodi Savannah Gilbertine a OK name for a tomboy, sometimes girly girl who is very athletic and has brown hair and hazel eye?
2. Is a 14-year-old girl falling for a 16-year-old counselor believable?
3.Any horror things that could happen at camp? (Not monsters and aliens and all that stuff but realistic horror)
4.What is a creative name to call a group of immortal people?
Thanks in advance!

Works for me. Sam (Samantha) would be even better than Jodi. Then you'd need a different middle name, such as her mother's maiden name to keep it generic.
2. Is a 14-year-old girl falling for a 16-year-old counselor believable?
Yes.
3.Any horror things that could happen at camp? (Not monsters and aliens and all that stuff but realistic horror)
I answered that in your other thread that I have merged with this one.
4.What is a creative name to call a group of immortal people?
Thanks in advance!
A formal, proper name (like a gang name) or a name used by moral people not in the group? Or a synonym?

Horror -- dead raccoon, half decayed, wanders into a tent at night.
Camp counselor goes berserk and mental (need a lead-up narrative about him or her) with one of the cook's knives and chases screaming campers.
Camper's shirt catches fire when toasting marshmallows at the nightly bonfire.
The water coming out of the shower heads and faucets and in the toilets suddenly becomes red.
When wind blows at night, a voice can be heard calling out a name, such as "Sarah."

Have you ever tried the food at camp? That's pretty scary!

A praying mantis emerges from the tossed salad bowl. Or maybe a camper spits out half of one. The two legs still attached are kicking feebly.
Everyone wonders what is really the "mystery meat" mentioned on the menu. It smells funny, like something that has been dead for a long time.
The mashed potatoes taste like cauliflower.

I need help with my story -- points of view
In my horror story, should I write in 3 point of views? The main character, her love interest and the killer? Or should I just write it from the main character's P.O.V?

It depends on how you handle this. Usually writing in three points of view all mixed together a story is a big no-no. The reader gets confused as to whose voice it is. If you separate them into sections by name, it could work.
You can always write from the pov of a minor character or even the dog. Point of view doesn't matter, but just be consistent for your reader's sake.

I agree with wondergirl. Simple structure is important in any piece of prose. I like the idea of a minor character... perhaps a stalker/clinger-on of a beautiful main character. Good luck with your story!
