In May 2009 in newport news, va. Wal-Mart stores solutions:Had a lawyer, his license suspension. Has 15 days to look for other.with no avail,after 13th try's.left me to be that's person(only a fool will be the owns COUNSEL). The only way to save my case.at the time.I was injuries,and still is. Now the case is in federal Court w/ Discovery and other items that's come with it.

Please help me with legal representation and ,or assistance. Been at sent July 2012.

If you can not get an attorney to take the case for a percentage you must not have a good case, That is how they judge a case by the possibility of win or settle out of court.

1. either you want way too much settlement
2. you have a poor case.

Personal injury attorneys are everywhere, if you can not find one, it most likely means there is a case issue

I hope you can express your case to a potential attorney better than you did here. All I can get is your attorney's license was suspended. And the case was moved to Federal court and is the Discovery stage.

Call your local Bar Association - if your Lawyer's license to practice was suspended the Bar will assist you in finding a replacement.
