    Me and my ex have been split up for 3 1/2 years, he has a new girlfriend and hasn't seen the kids since jan but now I'm getting and threatening texts and phone calls from them both, it's mainly the new girlfriend doing it thou but he won't see the kids without her as apparently she's the new stepmum, can I stop her coming or speaking to my kids??

    She has no rights to speak to the kids at all.

    He has the rights to visit.

    That's what I've said and as he doesn't like that he won't come and see them without her! But I don't want her anywhere near my boys... And as well it's affecting my oldest.. Should I be seeing a solicitor or just back down and let them see them?
