    Benefit and boyfriend
I'm a single mum on IS and have been seeing my boyfriend for 3 months. Is he allowed to stay over or even visit me?? What exactly are the rules as there's sooo many out there.

This is a world wide site and I don't even know what IS is, but assume it's public housing and benefits. Generally guests are not allowed overnight, especially men staying with single mothers. After all, the state expects the man to chip in on your expenses if he's that close to you that he can stay there. You have to ask the council office, or other people in the building, if you are afraid it might draw attention.
