Hello, I live in toronto,canada.
I have a opportunity to bid this building class A, but I not sure what price give for this building.
I start my business a month ago and I don't have the right prices per square feet yet, I know the prices on USA is not the same here in Canada, I need the average prices here in canada if someone can help me I appreciate.
I'm new in the business and all help is very welcome.

Duties:
Empty waste baskets and recycling and replace liners
Dust furniture such as desks, chairs and tables, telephones
Sanitize and clean drinking fountains/coolers
Spot clean reception lobby glass.
Vac/mop floors
spot clean walls, etc.

Class 'A' office buildings are usually cleaned at about 2,800 to 3,000 sq ft per hour, this is an average figure your specs will indicate if you need more time. So I would estimate your cleaning hours per day at 3.5 to 4 hours. Using an hourly schedule calculate your loaded labor, taxes, equipment, supplies, admin overhead, etc plus profit. This will give you a 'loaded' hourly rate, extend this to weekly, then monthly for you bid price.
