In New Mexico, what is the penalty for violating pre-trial conditions of release?
My son has been in jail since July 9th for missing a check-in (but called in and probation officers gone for the day 15 minutes early so left message) with compliance. What is the penalty for this violation? His trial is not until Sept. 17th.

    Hello g:

Being in jail before trial isn't punishment.. But, there IS a bond you can pay that will get him out.
