    Bigamist deportation
I just found out my husband of 5 years was already married in Cyprus. I am mad and want him out for that and because he lied about other thongs . How long does it take after I report it with evidence will they deport him?

This is an international site - where are you?

If you are in the US it is impossible to know what will happen without knowing his Immigration status.

There is no time frame for deportation.

Depends... first I would get your marriage legally annulled so you don't have problems in the future as a result of that... since he couldn't have legally married you.

Make sure you provide the INS will all the evidence of this to assure the best chances of something happening. If he married you in the USA (assuming it was the USA) you can call the police as bigamy is a crime.

How do you know that, subsequent to that marriage, and before he married you, they weren't divorced?

Yes, and to be honest if this is in the US, he may not get deported, you can report him, they may or may not even investigate. Have you reported this to the police to file criminal charges ?
