    Me and my partner split up in January this year, he has never had a stable routine with seeing our 2 children he's always cancelling, now he is threatening to take me to court for full custody, does he have a chance of winning the case and getting them?

    Only if you are unfit and he can prove it.

    I doubt that's the case. He's threatening you. I would tell him to bring it on.

    He's too busy to see the children but he thinks he can get full custody?

    I think he's wrong!
