I need to know if a sibbling can have property put in there name without the other sibblings knowing [the mothers house] and then tell them after the death of the parent that they did it and stuff sh... This person had power of attorney for the parent but nothing else. Also this person is living in the house has the checking account in her name. This person also took a safe and had it broken open because the combination had been loss and had this done without the other sibblings there. This is in the state of Ohio.
    Thank you for any info.

I would have to say that your post contains a lot of illegal activity; and a lot of proposed illegal activity with some fraud thrown into the mix, and the parent isn't even dead yet. How did you guys ever get into this terrible mess with each other?

If the villain of the piece has, "after the death of the parent", told her siblings what she had done, it appears that the parent is dead.

OP should consult an attorney about the possibility of suing the sister for mis-use of the POA.
