    What age is it OK to give melatonin and is it safe
    My little girls is 27mths and she has an issue with falling asleep. It is like no matter what time she lays down she is on full speed. I will turn the TV off the lights off do a bath warm milk read stories pat her back and she is wired. She doesn't fight it or me she will lay there. It is getting to the point where she is up until 2-3 in the morning and it is starting to bother my son who is starting school in two weeks that she can stay why can't he and think would help right now

    How long are her naps during the day? How many naps does she take?

    I have taken naps out of ours to see if that helps.
