New TV how to hook up with no cable
I just bought a 40 inch lcd RCA TV, I went to hook up my dvd player and I can't it keeps telling me to scan for channels. I don't have cable or air. Do I need to take it somewhere to get the channels put into memory? Help I've had this new TV for almost a week now and can't watch it.

Try selecting a different Source, since your aren't using the Tuner.
    Try HDMI, Composite, Component...
