    Interest & Capital Gain
    Hi,

    I have some Interest income & Short term Capital Gain.
    Do I need to attach form 1099 with my tax return?
    I am doing paper based filing.

    No. The only time you post any Form 1099 to your tax return is if federal or state income taxes were withheld.
