    My dog has yellow pus like stuff coming out of her butt with a fishy smell what could
    I need to know what could be wrong with my dog?

    Get the animal to the vet ASAP. Having a pet involves taking care of it and getting medical care when needed.

    Anal gland. Although it does cause a scent that distinguishes the dogs feces from other dogs, so it does make a scent. ;)
