    Doll/Icon/Americana Experts
I have seen a specific piece of (I suppose you could call it) Americana twice now. It is a gray mouse with a blue bonnet and dress, carrying a basket. The first place I saw it was as a toilet plunger cover in my Grandma's house; the other was a garden stake. Does the mouse have a name, or any particular significance? Is it an icon, like Holly Hobbie? Or is it just a cute picture, which people copy because they think it's cute?
