What can you say to help?
I am very downhearted as of this moment for the comments I have received of my country's culture and I am seeking an answer; Is the Philippine culture and all of its people viewed by the world really that brutish, evil, and "white worshiper" as what I have heard having no identity? It is very painful for somebody loving his country to hear all these vices directed to his country while those that surrounds it are considered great, almost perfect, etc. Please do help, thank you!

No one that I know views the Philippines the way you describe; is this a small group of people, or just one person who has told you this?

In the Chicago area, the people from the Philippines are much loved and respected for their talents, hard work, good looks, tasty recipes, and general good nature.
