    I broke up with my boyfriend but I still love him
    I broke up with my boyfriend once because my parents thought he was 16. When he wasn't then we broke up again because I found an old message and thought it was a current date. Then we broke up because we didn't really see each other but I kept dumping him. We're not together now, yet I still love him to death. Help me please.

    Very important question: how old are you and how old is he?

    Most of us have mixed emotions about people we get involved with romantically, at least after the first blush of romance is over. There are many stages of love (as well as kinds) and love is complicated and ever changing. Especially when you are a teen. ESPECIALLY when you are a teen! That's why you shouldn't put all your eggs in one basket. Have friends, have fun in groups, don't dwell on one guy for a few more years.

    Please think before breaking up, breaking up is one of the most stressful events of our lives, there is a limit on one can take in a relationship. Please be responsible with your decision

    Did you read the question? They aren't together. There's no thinking about breaking up. They have broken up.

    You said your parents made you break up with your boyfriend because he wasn't 16. How old was he? How old were you at that time?

    My children lie to me once about a boyfriend or girlfriend and, yes, I'm down on that relationship.
