You have to work for what you want man! What is your current exercise routine and diet consist of? If these are both non-existent, than I would say you found a good place to start ;)
Let me know if you need help with either of these!

IT has hit the nail on the head. The proper healthy diet and daily exercise, that's what you need.

Hmm I want to start you off easy. First lets start detoxifying for 7 days if you can afford it drink pure fruit juice squeezed from fresh fruits don't eat anything for those 7 days just drink juice. When your overweight theirs toxins inside your body that make you crave food usually bad food. This will clear you out. Start stretching you might not think but it makes a world difference in how you feel.
Then just lay off the junk food for the next month and try a light jog maybe 3/4 mi.
That should get you started. I'm very experienced in fitness/weightloss if you need more help just respond or post a new question.

First you get a healty body for you. Not from girls, if you find a girl that just wants you for your body, they are not worth having anyway.
If you are shy now, you will just be shy with a good body.
You start a exercise program, walk morning and evening, stop junk foods, stop soft drinks

You're going to want to watch your diet. The above posters have already said that but I want to re-emphasize how important this is. Another thing both above posters have said that I want to re-emphasize is the cardio.
Beings you'd be considered a beginner and you're worried mostly about weight at this point (focus on other things later) cardio is going to be your bread and butter. Obviously you're not going to start by running a 5k (unless you can). Start low and work your way up.
Don't cheat yourself. Push hard, lose hard. That's a motto you have to keep in mind. You'll only be as successful as you want to be with this. As stated by Gamed, stretching is key to any workout routine, specifically cardio. Stretch good and long before and after each run, walk, jog, etc... You'd be surprised how the simple act of stretching will make you sore if you're not used to stretching those portions of your body. Again, even in stretching, stretch hard. Don't cheat yourself out of a good time.
Good Luck. Keep us posted!
