    Exercise causing periods
Whenever I exercise I get my period a week later. It is moderate exercise. My period will then not stop until I have stopped exercising, This happens every time I try and work out. I am taking birth controls pills and skipping the placebos so I shouldn't be getting my period at all. What can I do to avoid this and still work out?
