I'm 25 years old I've been with my boyfriend for 6 years I. The beginning of our relationship I was on the depo for 2 years and when I got off it every time we would have unprotected sex id get the morning after pill. I would get one at least once a month. Could that make someone infertil? Could that be the reason why I can't get pregnant?

I've researched the depo shot and it's been known to make it very difficult to get pregnant after stopping the birth control. They say it takes 9months to a year after coming off from it to get pregnant. I work with a woman that said it took her 3 years to get pregnant. Other women say it took less time others say more and some say since the depo they haven't been able to conceive. As for the morning after pill I haven't researched it and I've never used it, but it kind of sounds like you abused it. You should talk to your doctor, maybe you did some kind of damage. Something's not right and I think it's important to go to a doctor and find out what's really wrong.

I think you might be right. The last time I took the pill it did mess me up real bad. I was bleeding nothing but clots for over a week. I definitely don't recommend the morning after pill. Thank you.

The monring after pill was not designed to be used regularly. It was for emergancy use. So yes prolonged use has various side effects.
