    80's Cartoon?
    I can't remember the name of an 80's or 90's cartoon that began with a real person in a kitchen. She was usually wearing a pink dress and would look out the window and comment on what was going on in the animal world. Then it would cut to cartoon animals living in the forest wearing clothes. It centered around a strong willed girl mouse( I think mouse, could be squirrel) and she would have adventures and life lessons with her other animal friends. Sound familiar to anyone? It is driving me crazy that I can't remember this show!
