    Can I be pregnant? Tubal 7 weeks ago and no period lower back and abdominal cramping
    I had a c section and tubal ligation 7 weeks ago and still no period. Lower back and abdominal cramping. Is it possible to get pregnant?

    Extremely unlikely. Call the ob/gyn office.
