My state taxes are being held from me because in 2006 my vehicle had been repoed and my license plate was still it. The vehicle was resold through an auction to another individual in 2007 still with my license plate on it and the individual who bought that car has gotten two parking tickets on my old plate in chicago, il. Would I have a legal case if I sued the car company that I got my car from for resalin my car with my plates still on it?

No, you can appear in court about the traffic tickets prove the car was already repo'ed and sold and that they are not your tickets..
