Honeywell chronotherm I've will not turn off once it gets to temp
I had some construction done and the Termostat was moved. The airconditioner runs, but does not turn off when it gets to the desired temp or when you physically turn it off. Is this a wiring issue?

My readout screen is blank on my Honeywell Chronotherm IV plus. I have a 5 zone system, and the other 4 work fine. Pushing buttons does not help.
If the AC does not kick in, could it be a thermostat problem? I ask because even when the System is set to 'Off' and the fan is set to 'On' the AC unit is not kicking in. Thanks.
My thermostate has this on the screend EEE. Not sure what I am supposed to do. Any help? It is a Honeywell Chrnotherm IV Plus.
