    Mother's rights?
My son is currently 18 months old and has not seen his father in a year, he has got a contact order where he gets to see his son for an hour a week. He has never showed up for contact and this has went on for three and a half months and he hasn't seen his son once from we split up. He took me back to court again and got another court order to see his son for 2 hours a week and yet again never showed up. I don't understand how he can get extended hours when he has never turned up once! Is there anything I can do to get the contact stopped?

Most likely not, actually surprised he has not gotten entire weekends, he must be some danger to the child?

You can take him to court to ask for less time, but he can always go back and ask for more again.

This can go on for 18 years. Get used to it.

If you don't want him around, be happy he does not come and drop it, since that is what you have now.
