    How to fix my brake lights on my 1993 ford explorer
    I have a 93 ford explorer and the brake lights will not come on I have check fuses and switch on pedal and even tested power in the fuse box and switch and both have power and the switch is sending power when you press the brake is there anything else I can check like a relay or something please help

    Thoughts:

    . Check for internal breaks (opens) in the wiring, especially in the area near the tailgate hinges. It may lead you to slicing open the protective gang wire covering to access the brake wires. Wires often fatigue with flexing and break internally.

    . Replace the bulbs, after checking sockets for corrosion.
