I am 28 years old and had an IUD inserted a little over a year ago. I have been having pain since I got the IUD, but its getting worse. I am also clotting the size of quarters, sometimes larger. I have talked to my family physician, but he acts like he doesn't care. I am afraid I won't be able to have any more children. What could be going on, and what can or should I do? Please help me.
