    A conviction of fraud from the IRS for myself and my Tax Buss. I will complete the process in the fall took a plea 1 count of defrauding the government. I am now selling timeshares in Fl. Will that effect my Ga. & Fl. License ?

    You don't know how to spell "business"?

    I suggest that you look at the respective Georgia and Florida application forms for whatever licenses you hold. If either form asks about convictions, that would suggest that you have a problem.

    Yes, most likely you will lose them but it is up to the license board.
