Hair has yellow tones from bleaching
My hair is a yellowish colour after bleaching it. Can I put a light ash blonde dye over it, or not?
Some people say don't as it will turn green, others say yes as it will tone out the yellow. Who's right? Also is ash purple based or green based? |
