My ex has been with his girlfriend for the past 18 months and it hasn't been easy for him she been chatting to someone else who he found out about, she said she'l stop chatting to him but hasn't. She has another phone which she has hidden. And says that she doesn't anymore. For the past month he can hear her over the phone that she is texting someone else but denys it that she is. So he has resorted to getting a spy camera to see if she is and where she keeps her phone? She is also been very violent towards him. Hes had cut and bruises on him. Other people have also said that he looks very afraid of her. But he keeps coming back to me and telling me he regrets leaving me, and this has been going on for the past year now. I just can't understand why he's still with her?

1. It is none of your business and you need to leave it alone, if she is violent and he is running to you, she may come after you next.

2. You need to stop being a crutch for him. If he is a ex, then treat him like a ex. Leave him alone.

3. if he wants to leave , he knows where the door is, for some reason perhaps he loves her, he is putting up with it. ( refer to remark one)
