    I'm 35 weeks pregnant and for the last couple of days my knickers have been damp
    Hi I'm 35 weeks and 3 days and for the last couple of days my tummy pains have got more frequent and my pants have been slightly damp. Ive been having braxton hicks and I had a show last week ( just a small amount of green snot like mucus). Is there anything to worry about or is this just normal!

    Worried 23 year old mum-to-be. :S

    This is pretty normal. Most likely the baby is kicking your bladder and you are leaking some urine. Typically, when the water breaks there will be a gush of fluid and you will stay wet.

    At 35 weeks show is really not uncommon.

    Giving birth can be tough. Just remember, don't try to be a hero. If you need pain meds, they are there for you.
