    Toggle bolt toilet ring/ tile floor ?
    Do I mount new bolt ring to wood floor, or do I mount it directly to the durock ?

    Let's get together on terms. By "toggle bolts do you mean closet bolts and by "bolt ring" do you mean closet flange? What material are your pipes? While it's acceptable to secure the flange to the floor as a rule it's secured to the closet stub up by glue or a lead and oakum poured and caulked joint. Can you give me more details?
