I think this song that I'm thinking of is from around '96 and it is a dark guy singing. In the film clip there is a car accident. It is at night/early morning (dark outside) and the lights from the emergency service cars are flashing. It's a slow song. It's been annoying me for such a long time trying to work it out. Does anyone know what I'm talking about?
