I wanted to report a fraud that a man in Nepal has done to get Canadian PR. This man did a compromise marriage with a girl who has her relatives at Canada. Both got married just to get Canadian PR. This man's family, relatives, friends, colleagues doe not even know about this marriage. So how can it be real marriage when both this man and girl are living separately for three years now. Their PR process is still in process as they tend to have applied for immigration at Canada somewhere around 2009.
What this man did is that he did not informed his present girl fiend about his compromise marriage and gave promise to her family to get married. Now that this girl knows about the compromise marriage what can she do to get justice? This mans' brother is also involved in it. But his family are unaware of his compromise marriage. Both the first girl and this man has agreed to get divorced once medical will come.
Now the second girl is a friend of mine and she is telling me that she will die because of this fraud. What can she do to get justice from Canadian authority? We really want justice. Can such frauds get Canadian PR? This man is from Nepal and is a lecturer at a government college. This man is waiting for his medical now. Please suggest us to get a justice.
