Hello,
I am a 15 year old female who's being sexually active for the last month (used a condom every time). I got my period on June 22nd 2012. My expected cycle for the next month was around 5 days before July 22nd (cycle runs about from 25-28 days.. and 4 or 5 days in length). It is July 30th now and I have not had my period, but instead I am getting weird symptoms I never had before. I have had minor headaches, dizziness, nausea, bloating, weird feelings in stomach, and often fatigue. I play sports and I have been working out lately but stopped when I missed my period. I usually don't get much symptoms when I get my period regulary.. I cramp sometimes before but it usually does only cramp when I'm on my period. I took a pregnancy test today ( a week later) and it was negative... but still no period and still feel some symptoms. Please help... I'm really worried !

U may be stressing yourself out and that may he why your period is late but I would wait a day or two and if still haven't gotten your period take another pregnancy test. Also I would talk to your mom or another adult you can trust. Abstaining from sex is the best until you are ready to have a kid... Planned or not, get on birth control though if you are going to have sex, be smart and responsible!

I very much agree with you. I wouldn't want another scare like this again. However, I have been worrying so much because I don't want it to be too late..
